Fully Managed

We handle everything — bookings, coaching, insurance, waivers, and group management. Your team has zero logistical overhead. We just need agreed stairwell access windows.

All participants sign liability waivers and are covered by Stair Society's event insurance. Our certified coaches maintain full control of pacing and safety protocols during every session.

Monthly Reporting

Receive detailed monthly reports on sessions held, participants, ticket revenue, and your earned share. Transparent accounting, direct deposit, no guesswork.

At $55/ticket with 12 climbers per session and 3 sessions per week, your building earns approximately $1,980/month in passive revenue — with potential to grow as we add more sessions and increase pricing for premium time slots.

Submit Your Application

Fill out the form below with your building's details. Our partnerships team reviews all submissions within 3 business days and reaches out to schedule an introductory call.

Site Assessment & Contract

We conduct a quick walkthrough of the stairwell, confirm access logistics, and finalize a simple revenue-sharing agreement. Most partnerships launch within 4–6 weeks of signing.

Launch & Earn

Sessions go live on Mindbody. Athletes book and pay. Your 20% share accumulates automatically and is paid monthly via direct deposit — no invoicing required from your side.
