Stair Society is a members-only fitness club that occupies the vertical space of New York City's most iconic towers. We partner with elite skyscrapers to give athletes exclusive access to private stairwells — no treadmills, no mirrors. Just altitude, fire in your lungs, and a city laid out below you.

Every session is booked through Mindbody, guided by certified coaches, and capped at small group sizes for a premium experience. Every climb ends at the top — with the entire city as your reward.

Show Up Ready

Arrive 15 minutes early. Bring water, wear grippy sneakers, and come warmed up. Our coaches will brief the group and set the pace strategy before you hit the stairs.
